Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive account management or sales experience within the FinTech, SaaS, or technology solutions industry
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and exceeding revenue targets
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to create and execute growth strategies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Managers to achieve retention, growth, and client satisfaction goals
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow and retain a portfolio of key client accounts and platforms
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, including senior-level stakeholders, building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships
  • Ensure the seamless delivery of solutions for both direct accounts and Platforms by collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Sales, and Operations
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new products and services to increase revenue and product adoption
  • Handle escalated client issues and complaints, working cross-functionally to provide effective and timely resolutions
  • Monitor team and account performance against key metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity within the fintech space
  • Lead negotiations for contract renewals and expansions, ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships
