Requirements

Candidates must be active duty service members enrolled in the Skillbridge program or seeking a Skillbridge internship, with experience in managing complex programs and projects involving multiple stakeholders, objectives, and deliverables. They should demonstrate effective time management, the ability to accurately scope project complexity and resource requirements, and possess strong cross-functional communication skills to derive requirements, set, and meet deadlines. Responsibilities

The GTMI Program Manager will support Sales and Customer Success Group (CSG) organizations by driving the execution of GTMI programs and initiatives to accelerate revenue growth and enhance operational effectiveness. This involves collaborating with Sales and CSG Strategy & Operations teams to maximize business insights, rationalizing strategic objectives, structuring executable solutions, and managing strategic programs by tracking timelines, milestones, and tasks. The role includes coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, delivering status updates, partnering with operations teams for dashboard rollouts, developing documentation and enablement materials, identifying and removing roadblocks, streamlining processes, and championing operational excellence.
