Requirements

Must have skills: Sourcing and Procurement, Supply Chain Management
Good to have skills: Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer (Zycus, GEP also mentioned)
MBA from Tier-1 B Schools and BE/BTech from Tier-1 engineering institutes
Good understanding of sourcing and procurement fundamentals
2-4 years of consulting and industry experience in Sourcing and Procurement (implementation of procurement solutions, eProcurement digitization, intelligent procurement)
At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a configuration or technical developer on at least one eProcurement platform (Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, Jaggaer, GEP)
Experience with digital sourcing and procurement solutions (implementations or as end user)
Ability to define and execute end-to-end Source to Pay processes (category management & procurement analytics, supplier management, sourcing, contracts, order/goods receipt/invoice management)
Ability to develop business case for procurement transformation initiatives (e.g., source-to-pay solutions)
Excellent data analytics, data interpretation, and presentation skills
Ability to solve complex business problems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Cross-cultural competence and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure (desirable)
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle (advantage)

Responsibilities

Deliver Sourcing and Procurement engagements (strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, procurement transformation, intelligent procurement using tools like Coupa, IVALUA, Zycus, Jaggaer)
Support implementation of procurement solutions (requirements gathering, technical design definition, define test scenarios & scripts, work with developers, manage stakeholders)
Understand core Source to Pay functionalities for assessment, design, and solutioning
Participate in supply chain Sourcing & Procurement business process and requirement discussions with clients
Understand client requirements and design solutions considering inbuilt/configurable capabilities in eProcurement platforms (Ivalua, Coupa, Zycus, Jaggaer)
Provide estimates to project managers for complex work and resource requirements
Design test scripts for configuration testing, create user manuals, and train users
Identify S2P KPIs/metrics, develop baseline, and track value post-implementation
Provide final solution deliverables to customers as per design
Participate in customer liaison activities to ensure project success
Support business development (responding to proposals, roadshows/demos, staffing management, people engagement, asset development)
