Strong analytical skills

Strong team-management skills
Proven track record with BPM tools like ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio, or architecture tools like LeanIX, BiZZdesign, Alfabet
Conceptual understanding of as-is processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire) and ability to design to-be processes
In-depth knowledge of industry trends, ERP/CRM platform transformation, new technologies, and tools
Experience with Lean Six Sigma projects/training/certification (plus)

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advisory services
Conduct market research and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance
Help organizations reimagine and transform supply chains
Be the Business/Process Architect to lead whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders
Experience in Business Architecture Framing using Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, Business Capability Modelling
Lead Process Discovery and/or Improvement initiatives
Lead creation of assets, accelerators, use case creation and enhancement
Lead business development initiatives and solutioning for RFP responses
Demonstrate leadership to solve complex business problems
Drive strategic initiatives, manage business transformations, and leverage industry expertise for value-driven solutions
