Requirements

  • 9-15 years of SAP S/4HANA SD functional delivery experience, including at least 5 years or more of Vistex experience on SAP transformation engagements
  • High-tech industry experience (preferred, additional weightage)
  • SAP Certification (good to have)
  • Educational Qualification: B. Tech/BE/CA/CWA | MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school
  • SAP SD Expert with strong functional and technical knowledge in Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Rebate Management (Condition Contracts)
  • Specialized experience in SAP Vistex, including Rebate Agreements, Chargebacks, MDFs, Incentives, and Content/IP Licensing processes
  • Led 4–5 large-scale S/4HANA or ECC transformation programs with global clients in High-Tech, Semiconductors, Telecom, and IT/ITES industries
  • Delivered end-to-end solution architecture for 4–5 RFPs, integrating SAP SD with Vistex based on leading industry practices
  • Proficient in Vistex configuration, including pricing procedures, accrual management, rebate settlements, and tiered discounts
  • Hands-on with Vistex BAdIs, enhancements, and user exits for custom rebate and incentive logic
  • Strong understanding of FI-CO, RAR integration for accurate revenue recognition and accounting in SD-Vistex scenarios
  • Collaborated with technical teams on middleware integration (PI/PO, CPI) and external platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience in Vistex Content Management for digital distribution, royalty, and entitlement use cases
  • Strong analytical skills, market insights, strategic thinking, and reporting skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate insights and updates to stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering
  • Provide solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S/4HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with strong strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies
  • Work as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and support solutions for end-to-end request for proposal (RFP) requests
  • Assist with solutions for client challenges in the SAP SD and Vistex landscape, providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle
  • Serve as an SAP SD functional lead along with Vistex experience and assist with solutions for end-to-end RFP requests
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop a roadmap to achieve their objectives
  • Develop innovative solution designs that leverage extensive service offerings
  • Support business development initiatives, collaborating with teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the delivery approach for SAP transformations
  • Oversee ERP integrations and assist in developing proof of concepts as required
  • Develop thought leadership content and best practices tailored to pricing and incentive strategies in the high-tech sector
