The Globalize Portfolio Director must have experience working with international clients and be sensitive to different cultural norms. They need experience managing multiple client programs, including creating annual plans, setting targets, demonstrating impact, and reporting on progress. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience engaging people through both in-person and online initiatives are essential. The role requires the ability to develop positive rapport, work collaboratively, demonstrate strong influencing skills, and manage sensitive relationships. Good program management skills, the ability to prioritize, and a high degree of flexibility are also necessary. The candidate must understand the overall strategic objectives of the Globalize 2.0 agenda and how their role contributes to these objectives. Commercial awareness, data-driven thinking, and an understanding of different offerings' strengths and weaknesses are required.
The Globalize Portfolio Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a Globalize Post Production Platform strategy for an assigned client portfolio. They will set out the strategy and objectives for organic and inorganic growth within their portfolio, taking global responsibility for its financial performance, growth, and profitability. This includes setting and monitoring KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and optimal performance, with technology at the forefront. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple functions and regions, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal, health, safety, and regulatory requirements. The Director will identify and address operational risks, implement measures to safeguard assets and reputation, and monitor operations for efficiency and quality. They will identify and implement strategies for cost optimization, project margin improvement, increased internal utilization, and risk mitigation, driving optimization changes to improve operational efficiency, quality, service, and profitability. The Director will partner with the Globalize Products, Offers, Solutions & Implementation (POSI) team and Client Partners in Global Sales to identify and deliver growth opportunities and revenue retention strategies, while constantly monitoring and meeting profitability and internal utilization KPIs, ensuring reporting teams also meet their KPIs.
