Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or related fields, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity industry
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to leverage AI in daily work, including using GenAI and building AI agents to assist with campaign planning, content and messaging, and execution
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities
  • Familiarity with the following tools is strongly preferred: Marketing Automation (Marketo or similar platform), Project Management tooling, CRM Systems (Salesforce or equivalent), Analytics (Tableau, 6sense, Marketo)

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning, development, and execution of global integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, deadlines, and regional requirements
  • Drive coordination of campaign components across product marketing, digital, email, social media, and field marketing to ensure consistent messaging and impactful execution
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies tailored to scaling a high-growth product in a mature market, with a focus on differentiation, competitive positioning, and market penetration
  • Serve as a central point of contact, working closely with Product Marketing, Regional Campaign Teams, Field Marketing, Growth & Digital Marketing, Brand, and other cross-functional teams to align on objectives and campaign deliverables
  • Act as a key contributor to ensure campaigns align with company goals and regional market needs
  • Manage the end-to-end creation of bill of materials needed for creation and deployment of campaign assets, such as email sequences, webinars, ebooks, analyst reports, and more
  • Maintain a central content calendar, ensuring alignment with global and regional campaign milestones
  • Work with regional growth marketing teams to understand campaign channel performance across Tableau, 6sense, Marketo
  • Partner with growth and digital leads to run strategic testing initiatives to improve engagement and conversion rates across channels
  • Own central marketing initiatives that support the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, including creating and maintaining email sequences, call scripts, and other enablement materials
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and provide tools to drive pipeline generation and conversions
