Requirements

Experience with technical tools leveraged in operations, IT and project management, specifically: SQL, Excel, Jira & database experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer sciences, or a related field
5+ years of experience in operations, bonus with experience in the Warranty space
Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills
Experience leading requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
Experience driving strategic initiatives

Responsibilities

Lead platform, implementation and integration projects from start to finish, driving growth and profitability across programs
Contribute to critical recurring business operations such as accurate reporting, analytics and processes, as well as ad-hoc and long-term projects for scalability of the Global Warranty Services business
Implement continuous improvement, build efficient workstreams, processes and procedures to enable scalability, achieve growth goals, and drive revenue and profit
Learn current processes in detail to support and lead automation projects with subject-matter expertise, providing check-and-balance for implementation and ongoing accuracy of reporting
Actively work in Jira to ensure all tickets, stories and pre-requisites are moving forward timely and reflect business goals
Support all new product implementations
Run projects related to platforms and systems critical for long-term success of Global Accounts vision, supporting customer needs and growth
Provide timely updates on schedules to and from account management and internal cross-functional teams, managing internal milestones against client expectations
Fully understand, document and internally communicate all deliverables and project updates, working with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and analysis with data integrity
Communicate risks for on-time delivery, process gaps or other issues to leadership, providing suggestions for solutions
Establish good working relationships with Global Account Management team and counterparts in other countries and departments (claims, IT, finance, etc.), positioning as trusted source of knowledge on processes and procedures
Serve as resident expert in reporting, data management and reporting workflows to support continuous improvement for complete and accurate reporting needs
Potential to be a people manager
