Requirements

  • Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation methodologies
  • 4+ years in a data science, solutions engineering, or solutions consulting role
  • Proficient in SQL and analytics engineering
  • Strong relationship management with technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and resolve technical customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-sales efforts such as onboarding, training, and implementation for new and existing customers
  • Become a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders, addressing their experimentation challenges
  • Serve as the primary contact for urgent customer questions on Amplitude experimentation architecture and usage
  • Architect complex, global-scale solutions spanning geographies, industries, and multi-region stakeholder groups, integrating Amplitude Experiment platforms with data warehouses and marketing tools
  • Develop and teach Solutions Engineers and Account Executives with best practices, playbooks, and onboarding guides to maximize customer value
  • Capture and relay customer feedback to Amplitude’s product team to drive internal improvements
