Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales compensation, revenue operations, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a sales, sales operations, or incentive systems leadership role. A strong understanding of incentive systems and technologies such as Xactly, SAP, Salesforce, or Anaplan is required, along with expertise in process design, documentation, and optimization within complex, matrixed organizations. Advanced analytical skills for financial modeling and performance data interpretation, excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, commercial acumen, and experience in both public and private company environments are essential.

Responsibilities

The Director will lead the strategic development and execution of global sales incentive programs, aligning them with business objectives and regional needs. Responsibilities include owning and optimizing incentive systems and tools for planning, calculation, reporting, and payout, driving automation and scalability. They will design and implement standardized governance, documentation, and compliance processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure plans are motivating, financially sound, and legally compliant. The role involves developing data models and dashboards to monitor incentive effectiveness, driving continuous improvement initiatives for risk mitigation and efficiency, and ensuring clear communication of plans and changes to stakeholders. Additionally, the Director will benchmark industry best practices, bring innovative ideas, and lead change management efforts for incentive systems and processes.
