Responsibilities

The Global Mobility Specialist will research and analyze new immigration markets, services, and product opportunities, and assist in building playbooks, knowledge bases, and process maps to enable new service launches. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, Sales, and Operations to ensure compliance and operational readiness, and track timelines and deliverables across expansion projects, escalating risks or blockers as needed. This role also involves supporting internal enablement through training materials, FAQs, and client-facing resources, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and client experience in new service design.
