The Global Head of Revenue Operations will lead and scale a global team to enable GTM leaders, serving as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, TCX, and Finance. Responsibilities include owning GTM planning cycles, designing and evolving GTM systems and processes, translating data into insights for decision-making, building a culture of continuous improvement, and partnering with leadership to identify and remove friction in the customer lifecycle. The role involves leading the GTM operating cadence, building a scalable data and process foundation, developing executive and board-level reporting, ensuring the GTM tech stack is enabling, and championing operational excellence across the customer journey.
