Zoom is seeking a Sales Lead with specialized experience in Contact Center and Virtual Agent (AI) sales to promote and sell our Zoom CX Platform. This role will collaborate with direct sales account executives to identify new opportunities and expand the sales funnel. The primary responsibility will be driving global sales for Zoom Virtual Agent (AI) (ZVA). Performance will be evaluated based on strategic delivery enabling scale and achieving allocated quota targets.

About the Team

The Zoom Customer Experience team is responsible for defining the vision, increasing awareness, driving adoption, and overseeing the deployment of Zoom Virtual Agent (AI) across Zoom's customer base. Our mission is to empower customers to reimagine their customer and employee experiences. We leverage Zoom's global infrastructure to demonstrate how customer and employee journeys are enhanced by ZVA (AI), delivering personalized, prescriptive, and seamless experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Own and develop the go-to-market co-sell strategy, encompassing internal Zoom efforts, alliance partners, and channel partners.
  • Define and execute the sales and services strategy to realize the ZVA (AI) vision across cross-functional teams.
  • Align ZVA (AI) objectives with the broader Zoom Contact Center strategy, product roadmap, and revenue goals.
  • Identify target customer segments, customer personas, and value propositions for ZVA (AI).
  • Own ZVA (AI) messaging and positioning across all channels and partners, and define strategies for specific geographies and verticals.
  • Monitor success metrics aligned with broader Zoom Contact Center metrics.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives and quota.
  • Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and engage technical resources as required.
