The ideal candidate should possess specialized experience in Contact Center and Virtual Agent (AI) sales, with a proven track record of selling complex solutions. They should have a strong understanding of the Zoom CX Platform and a demonstrated ability to drive sales funnel growth. Strategic delivery, quota attainment, and aligning ZVA (AI) objectives with broader Zoom goals are also key qualifications.
This role will own and build the go-to-market co-sell strategy, partnering with internal Zoom teams, alliance partners, and channel partners to expand ZVA (AI) sales. The lead will define the strategy and sales/services approach to achieve the ZVA (AI) vision, aligning it with the broader Zoom Contact Center strategy and revenue goals. They will identify target customer segments, develop messaging and positioning, and monitor success metrics. Additionally, the role involves qualifying leads, performing needs assessments, and engaging technical resources to support sales efforts.
