They should have proven experience building and scaling customer-facing technical teams and frameworks, and be skilled at translating technical concepts into actionable strategies.
As the Director of Technical AI Delivery, the individual will lead the design, build, and scale of a technical services function focused on delivering AI-powered products, including AI for Agents (AIA) and AI for Customers (AIC). This role involves designing and implementing service delivery methodologies, SDLC tooling, and frameworks, hiring and leading a team of Architects, Developers, and Analysts, driving repeatable delivery models, collaborating with Product and Engineering, acting as an executive sponsor for complex AI implementations, and championing customer-centric design and delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
