Proven ability to sell ideas and present strategies at an executive level is also preferred, along with bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
The Global Commercial Program Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, budget, and delivery of global commercial programs and campaigns, encompassing inbound/outbound marketing, media relations, events, sales enablement, training, and other pre-sales marketing communication tactics. This role involves assisting in the development of commercial plans and budgets, applying marketing techniques for effective programs, staying abreast of marketing trends, and introducing new approaches to grow sales revenue. The position requires identifying and measuring program metrics, collaborating with cross-business and cross-regional teams to develop globally and regionally relevant programs, and sharing development materials for leverage. Responsibilities also include understanding customer and channel requirements to develop sales tools and promotions, assisting in the preparation for key trade shows and events, utilizing data for insights into investment areas, market trends, and growth strategies, and conducting tasks in accordance with applicable regulations and policies. Additionally, the role involves driving executive and account engagement to influence and accelerate pipeline, focusing on Marketing Influenced Opportunities (MIO) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL), and conducting periodic reviews with sales teams to present results, performance, and define improvements.
