Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or financial management, fluency in English, a highly motivated self-starter attitude with a passion for sales and customers, and a proven ability to develop and deliver business or programs. They should also have in-depth knowledge of the industry, offering, categories, portfolio, and company strategy, as well as advanced understanding of core company businesses and revenue cycle, and strong project and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

The Global Business Development Manager will support the Global GTM leader in developing the optimal Go To Market model to drive growth across the Replacement Parts Business, utilizing HPE Install Base Data to identify the Total Addressable opportunity and develop and execute a targeted plan to drive growth across both indirect and Direct Routes to Market. They will build relationships with stakeholders across HPE, develop partnerships across HPE BUs, lead Global Go To Market business initiatives, support regions to develop GTM models, support the execution of the GTM Business plan, and focus on increasing sales to HPE Top Accounts.
