Requirements

5+ years experience in a Construction environment; Service Glazing experience is preferred
Knowledge of COMMERCIAL GLAZING Projects of varying size and scope, including curtainwall, exterior façade systems, metal cladding, interior glazing, skylights and handrails, etc
Ability to read blueprints, architectural plans and shop drawings
Ability to lead crews, coach and mentor team
Candidates must be a "ticket holder" for training and knowledge

Responsibilities

Ensure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented and accounted for
Daily review with Service Manager on project and billing progress
Completion of various reports, including Service Request/Field Report and work order
Dispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on site
Build relationships and maintain close contact with customers during project activity
Compliance to regional Health and Safety requirements and Flynn policies
Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites
Order and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution
Identification, training and coaching future Foremen
