Requirements

Candidates must have 8 years of professional experience in digital project management (software, web, mobile, etc.) and a university degree in management or computer science. Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams, strong autonomy, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), Jira, Confluence, and Agile management principles is necessary. Knowledge of the Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK standard is also required. PMP, Scrum, and Product Owner certifications are considered assets.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will lead teams in the design, development, and delivery of digital projects, acting as the primary client contact and advisor to build trusted relationships. They will maintain project timelines, budgets, and scope using performance indicators and EVM, demonstrating a strong understanding of clients' business realities and objectives. Responsibilities include identifying risks, estimating efforts, anticipating challenges, optimizing resource utilization, and participating in the continuous improvement of project management processes. The role also involves adapting communication to different stakeholders, maintaining fluid collaboration, resolving minor conflicts professionally, and motivating the team towards common goals. Other related tasks may be assigned.
