Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service experience to external customers and internal partners in administration, order management, quotations, and master data
  • Deal with complex customer requirements, handle user problems, process and follow up on relevant requests within division guidelines
  • Liaise with partner functions (sales and commercial, distribution, finance) to fulfill customer requests or resolve issues, ensuring timely handling of enquiries
  • Deliver on daily/weekly/monthly key performance indicator metrics
  • Engage in efficiency and productivity initiatives
  • Consistently apply process expectations, demonstrate attention to operational details, and leverage computer systems to maintain high data accuracy and quality
  • Participate in cross training and cross support activities, including assignments to other customer service teams
