The candidate should possess at least two years of sales experience within the food services or hospitality/hotel industry, with experience in the beverage and healthcare sectors being an asset. They must also be proficient in using the Salesforce CRM platform and demonstrate strong administrative skills, including meticulous record-keeping and timely task completion.
As a Territory Manager, the individual will be responsible for organizing and planning coverage of the assigned territory through in-person or virtual meetings with clients, achieving sales targets through prospecting and retention strategies, managing the entire sales process from initial outreach to finalization, collaborating with internal and external partners (marketing, equipment and service, national account chefs, brokers, distributors, national and group purchasing account representatives), preparing and delivering presentations, tastings, and product demonstrations, and completing administrative tasks such as CRM updates, equipment orders, sales reporting, and expense reporting.
