Responsibilities

The General Manager of Benefits will own and drive P&L performance for the global Benefits business unit while developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy to meet diverse customer needs. They will partner with product teams to build scalable benefits solutions and lead with data to guide business decisions. The GM will drive cross-functional alignment and champion growth initiatives, providing thought leadership on global benefits trends and optimizing broker networks. Additionally, they will drive innovation in benefits technology integration and act as a key decision-maker for the Benefits business within the organization.
