Requirements

  • Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and license to practice law in the U.S
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company
  • Outstanding analytical, drafting, negotiation, collaboration, written, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide sound advice and guidance on legal and business-related issues to senior business leaders
  • Develop and deliver training on legal issues and contract processes
  • Support on various corporate matters, including governance initiatives, strategic transactions, securities compliance, and other corporate matters
  • Provide legal guidance on other aspects of the company's operations, including IP, Employment Law, and occasionally real estate matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance operations, to ensure legal compliance and risk management in all business areas, including Supply Chain and Manufacturing
