Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and license to practice law in the U.S
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company
- Outstanding analytical, drafting, negotiation, collaboration, written, and communication skills
- Exceptional and pragmatic organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with the ability to execute both strategically and tactically
- Flexibility and eagerness to work hard in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Service-oriented and responsive with highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people at all levels inside and outside the organization
Responsibilities
- Provide sound advice and guidance on legal and business-related issues to senior business leaders
- Develop and deliver training on legal issues and contract processes
- Support on various corporate matters, including governance initiatives, strategic transactions, securities compliance, and other corporate matters
- Provide legal guidance on other aspects of the company's operations, including IP, Employment Law, and occasionally real estate matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance operations, to ensure legal compliance and risk management in all business areas, including Supply Chain and Manufacturing
