Responsibilities

The Director, CS Operations will optimize the Customer Success tech stack, including Gainsight and Salesforce, manage CSM artifacts, and improve Journey Orchestrator workflows. They will partner with various teams to enhance CS platforms, establish data-driven workflows for CSMs, and develop governance frameworks and SOPs for global CS teams. Responsibilities also include leading initiatives for product and process adoption, acting as a stakeholder between departments, integrating predictive analytics and engagement strategies, and measuring the impact of operational improvements while communicating insights to leadership.
