  • Fully responsible for your own accounts
  • Influence in-store promotions, executions, visibility, and stock levels
  • Gain valuable retail experience
  • Co-lead the business with a retailer as a Key Account Manager Trainee, responsible for a category or customer
  • Plan and develop business strategies
  • Learn the specifics of categories and customers and how to sell what to whom
  • Engage in potential assignments including Selling, Market Strategy & Planning, Store Development, Store Execution Organization, Distributor Operations, and Category Management
  • Work with key market retailers (like Tesco or DM) to understand customer needs and contribute to recommendations on assortment, merchandising, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations
  • Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them
  • Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, develop negotiating and sales skills, financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of people from Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, and Product Supply
