Responsibilities
Fully responsible for your own accounts
Influence in-store promotions, executions, visibility, and stock levels
Gain valuable retail experience
Co-lead the business with a retailer as a Key Account Manager Trainee, responsible for a category or customer
Plan and develop business strategies
Learn the specifics of categories and customers and how to sell what to whom
Engage in potential assignments including Selling, Market Strategy & Planning, Store Development, Store Execution Organization, Distributor Operations, and Category Management
Work with key market retailers (like Tesco or DM) to understand customer needs and contribute to recommendations on assortment, merchandising, and promotions
Collaborate with the customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations
Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them
Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, develop negotiating and sales skills, financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding
Collaborate with a diverse group of people from Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, and Product Supply
