  • Strong product knowledge of Lush products and brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging)
  • Ability to utilize StoreForce dashboard for analyzing sales results and providing coaching/feedback
  • Skills in effective sales techniques, customer consultations, and product demonstrations
  • Experience or ability in training and coaching sales associates and peers
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), including fostering open communication and teamwork
  • Proficiency in cash handling, register operations, reconciling cash drawers, nightly deposits, and store opening/closing procedures
  • Strong attendance, punctuality, and time management skills

  • Availability for 30-39 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by using StoreForce dashboard to coach sales team, adjust shop floor structure, take ownership of results, and celebrate achievements
  • Deliver world-class customer experience by leading by example, conducting product demonstrations, observing consultations, collaborating with team, and exceeding sales goals
  • Build the brand by educating customers on Lush values, engaging in community initiatives, hosting store parties, and driving traffic
  • Increase product knowledge through constant learning and make informed product recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance and sales
  • Promote DEIB by encouraging open communication, listening to perspectives, fostering belonging, teamwork, collaboration, and recognizing contributions
  • Manage cash handling (transactions, register open/close, reconciling drawers, deposits, securing store, bank runs as required)
  • Lead by example in attendance/punctuality, monitor employee breaks, review daily communications/task lists to ensure preparedness
  • Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing store through merchandising and visuals
