Job Description: Full Cycle Recruiter

Company Overview: Figure8

Figure8 is an experience-first company that creates "experiums" – spaces designed to foster connection and self-discovery away from distractions and expectations. We invite guests to pause, recognize, realize, and reignite relationships with people and places.

Position Overview: Full Cycle Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced full-cycle recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and support the continued growth of Figure8 and Museum of Ice Cream. This role will manage end-to-end recruiting, with a focus on building pipelines for specialized roles and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers across the business, finding exceptional talent while ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our brand and values. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to shape our talent acquisition strategy, improve processes, and implement scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and possesses a builder's mindset. You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working outside the traditional recruiting playbook. You are eager to optimize systems, craft compelling narratives to attract talent, and contribute to a premium hiring experience from initial outreach to final offer. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a passion for connecting great people with meaningful opportunities.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process: role scoping, marketing, sourcing, screening, and closing.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Proactively attract, recruit, engage, and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to assess candidate skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager to design and implement scalable solutions for key recruiting milestones (e.g., intake process, internal mobility) and introduce automation and AI tools for sourcing, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, documented, and aligned with internal best practices and controls.

Business Partnership

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's culture, values, and business goals to align recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand headcount forecasts, hiring goals, and create comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on employer brand storytelling and hiring campaigns.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a consistently exceptional candidate experience that reflects company values.
  • Provide clear, proactive communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a visible, credible representative of the company in all candidate-facing interactions.

Requirements:

The Necessities

  • 5+ years of non-technical, full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in hospitality operations-based roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable hiring processes to meet growing business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale recruiting processes within high-growth environments.
  • Experience developing and rolling out scalable hiring processes and strategies aligned with business objectives.

Employment Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Location Type: Remote

Compensation:
