Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of a High School or GED, and a preferred Bachelor’s degree. They require at least 5 years of experience in supervisory management or district-level multi-unit operations, along with prior leadership experience. Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to build trust and relationships are essential. Furthermore, they must be able to develop and execute plans to drive results, utilize data for decision-making, and adapt to changing situations. A thorough understanding of restaurant operations, sound business acumen, and a compliance orientation are also required.

Responsibilities

Business Consultants are responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of Franchisees, collaborating with them to achieve sales, profit, and network growth goals. They facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes, align priorities, develop coaching plans, track data, and provide recommendations. Consultants support Franchisees with remodeling and new restaurant openings, coordinate training, monitor marketing plans, and conduct restaurant evaluations. They also partner with the Field Training Team, ensure effective use of G&A expenses, and complete administrative functions, while maintaining a big-picture orientation and fostering innovation.
