Strong experience with multi-location enterprises, franchises, and private equity-backed organizations is required, along with the capacity to design and refine onboarding processes tailored to complex customer needs.
As an Onboarding Manager, Enterprise, you will lead a team of approximately 5-7 Enterprise Onboarding Specialists, ensuring the seamless onboarding of large, complex customers. This includes overseeing the execution of onboarding plans, partnering with OSs to provide a high-touch, consultative experience, and designing scalable processes that differentiate enterprise onboarding from smaller customer segments. You will also be responsible for managing and developing your team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and coaching, fostering a culture of ownership and adaptability.
