Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry. Strong knowledge of the self-care industry, including salon operations, customer experience, and revenue growth strategies is highly desirable. Responsibilities

As an Education Manager, you will develop and deliver impactful training programs for both internal teams and Enterprise customers, overseeing the execution and continuous improvement of industry training programs, including weekly in-person and virtual offerings. You will contribute to the team's education strategy, support Sales and Customer Experience teams by providing industry-specific training and guidance, and establish thought leadership through industry evangelism by creating industry-focused content.
