Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of professional experience working with non-profit organizations, CRMs, fundraising, facilitation, and development, along with knowledge of industry and fundraising best practices. Advanced knowledge of coaching/consulting processes and procedures is required, as well as strong analytical and decision-making skills to assess customer consulting needs and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Database Consulting Services Specialist, you will guide nonprofits in the best practice use of their CRM and support them as they strategically work towards their fundraising goals, executing consulting tasks in a timely manner with high accuracy. You will actively mentor the team in the development of the overall consulting curriculum, webinars, or one-to-many sessions, strategically work with nonprofits on their fundraising goals by recommending options to assess their knowledge gaps and potential learning paths, maintain high satisfaction ratings from nonprofits, and work with Customer Success to nurture a high retention percentage of the nonprofits in your portfolio. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on the latest for the Bloomerang CRM product, respond to team and client communications in a timely manner, and manage and maintain various software tools.
