Responsibilities
The Franchise Business Consultant will collaborate with a portfolio of Buffalo Wild Wings Franchisees to achieve sales, profit, and network growth goals by providing coaching, developing annual plans, conducting Franchise Business Reviews, and tracking performance data. They will also facilitate remodeling and new restaurant openings, support marketing initiatives, conduct restaurant evaluations, coordinate training, and monitor G&A expenses, while ensuring a safe and consistent brand experience for all locations.
