Candidates must be self-motivated, possess an excellent understanding of practical negotiating skills, and be able to effectively multi-task. They should have intermediate technology knowledge, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and video/conference calls, and live in the Western United States or be in proximity to the region. Aviation professional experience with business and general aviation customers, along with charter sales and/or FBO experience, is beneficial, and an Associate degree is required.
The Sales Executive will manage a multiple-state territory in the Western U.S., focusing on existing FBO partners and identifying new airport opportunities while maximizing profit, ensuring WFS Contract Fuel, Retail & Rewards cards are the leading industry cards, and striving to make World Fuel the lead Contract Fuel Partner with participating FBOs and major networks within the United States. They will regularly research and negotiate WFS pricing, connect with every FBO at client destinations to identify growth opportunities in Contract Fuel, AVCARD, and Rewards, develop the WFS FBO network, optimize the use of WFS products and services, and enhance the bulk value proposition in coordination with the Bulk Sales Division. The role also involves achieving sales targets, performing prospecting and cold calls, and maintaining a professional demeanor in stressful situations and negotiations.
