As the Founding Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with Allium's customers, including analysts and engineers, to ensure their satisfaction and maximize the value they derive from the platform. You will also play a key role in defining and executing customer success strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, and advocating for customer needs within the organization. Furthermore, you will contribute to the growth of Allium by onboarding new clients and supporting the company's mission to make blockchain data accessible and understandable.
