Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in customer success, preferably within the SaaS industry, with a strong understanding of the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) sector. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
The Customer Success Manager will drive DroneDeploy platform adoption and ensure rapid time to value for customers, working closely with sales to highlight customer successes and grow subscription revenue. They will proactively monitor customer activity, identify trends, and mitigate churn risk, acting as a trusted reality capture advisor and building relationships with product stakeholders and end-users. Additionally, they will co-manage the renewals process, provide customer feedback to improve the platform, and collaborate with the Product team on R&D initiatives.
Drone data collection and analysis platform
DroneDeploy provides a platform for capturing data from physical environments using drones and robots. This platform collects data, which is then processed and analyzed with artificial intelligence to deliver insights. Businesses, particularly in construction and energy sectors, utilize these services for tasks like monitoring project progress and detecting methane leaks.
