The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a key member of the Go-To-Market team, responsible for managing relationships with enterprise customers in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry. CSMs act as subject matter experts, trusted advisors, and customer advocates, reporting to the Director of Customer Success. The primary goal is to ensure DroneDeploy's solutions deliver measurable value, leading to increased adoption, engagement, and customer promotion. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented individual dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
