Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with experience shipping production quality code. The ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals in dynamic environments is essential, as is a willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites as needed.
The Forward Deployed Software Engineer will serve as a deployed technical expert, providing hands-on assistance with the implementation, usage, and further development of ION. They will collaborate with customers to understand their most pressing problems and develop coherent strategies and intelligent solutions. This role involves total ownership in developing and managing the delivery of solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The engineer will write clean, scalable, and easily maintainable code across the stack, work in small teams on high-stakes projects, and collaborate with the First Resonance team to continuously improve the product based on customer feedback and requirements.
