Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end development of new product features, from ideation to deployment
Work closely with customers and service technicians to gather product feedback and understand what is working and what additional features should be built out
Work closely with design and product teams to build user-centric experiences that empower technicians and enhance service delivery
Collaborate with AI and backend engineers to integrate our AI-powered platform into customer-facing tools
Drive technical decisions that shape our product architecture and set best practices as we scale
Ship fast and iterate, balancing speed with quality in a fast-paced, startup environment
