Responsibilities

The Food Service Equipment Specialist will provide data and insight to support design and construction decisions for food spaces, ensure equipment performance specifications and program intent are met, evaluate requests for new equipment purchases and make cost-saving recommendations, develop strategy for equipment maintenance and data management, manage equipment service providers and vendor contracts, track equipment issues and work to resolve them, coordinate equipment deliveries, inspections, installations, and commissioning, and work cross-functionally with caterers and engineering facilities teams to ensure safety and sanitation requirements are met.
