Candidates should possess 5+ years of success in a SaaS or fintech revenue role, demonstrating a history of exceeding goals, along with a deep understanding of the payments and/or lending spaces. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is also required, and bonus points are given for home services experience.
The Fintech Account Executive will partner with sales and account management teams to pitch WorkWave’s fintech offerings, consult with prospects to understand their needs, deliver impactful presentations and solution recommendations, own quarterly goals, collaborate with internal teams, and manage a sales pipeline within Salesforce CRM to drive consistent execution and success.
