Responsibilities

The Financial Underwriter will compute rates for renewing and prospective group accounts, performing research and analytical work of moderate complexity for medical and pharmacy benefits. They will prepare ratings for small to mid-size accounts and create financial reports for groups offering retirement benefits to Medicare-eligible members. This role involves providing rationale and support for rate computations and financial activity to internal departments and clients, as well as conducting accurate analysis of financial and benefit exhibits.
