Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or have at least 3+ years of experience in training, operations, or leadership roles within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, along with the ability to engage and develop leadership teams, are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
The Field Training Manager is responsible for planning and implementing key brand training initiatives to ensure consistency and operational effectiveness, developing strategic partnerships and providing consultation with field leadership, supporting franchise business reviews by assessing training systems and effectiveness, delivering leadership development training and equipping franchise networks to tactically deliver leadership development training, supporting franchisees in driving operational excellence by providing guidance and resources, and partnering with franchisees to develop and implement engagement programs that foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement. They will also collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure alignment with training strategies and operational goals.
