This role involves providing product and technical expertise to current customers, offering sales and after-sales support for Abbott Cardiac Rhythm Management devices. The position focuses on technical support and training for doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals in Hong Kong and Macau.

Requirements

A degree in a science or medical-related field is required.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
Excellent spoken and written English and local language skills.
Willingness to travel and work overtime.
Ability to execute job responsibilities according to standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform Cardiac Rhythm Management product in-service training to current customers.
Act as a product and technical specialist, providing best-in-class knowledge and support to Abbott Cardiac Rhythm Management device recipients.
Provide technical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products in Hong Kong and Macau.
Perform training for doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
Serve as back-up for other team members.
Perform other related functions and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
