The Field Service Technician will travel between hospitals based on service requests, troubleshoot and resolve customer and product issues, build positive relationships with Stryker customers, and document service results to maintain accurate quality records. They will also handle customer requests for materials, update databases with return status, and potentially schedule field service repair calls.
