Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, with demonstrated experience running RFPs and negotiating vendor contracts. Experience working in a multi-state or national field operations or logistics environment is required, along with strong analytical skills and comfort working with Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent. Prior experience collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, and Finance teams is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Field Service Procurement Manager will own and execute the RFP process for preventative maintenance and corrective labor, ensuring timely sourcing, pricing consistency, and contractual alignment with a growing vendor network. This role involves managing ongoing contract amendments, maintaining clarity and compliance in provider relationships, and supporting cost control and quality assurance. Additionally, the manager will develop and implement a national spare parts program, improve time-to-remediation by minimizing material delays, reduce repeat truck rolls, forecast and manage inventory, and partner with Field Operations to ensure regional material availability.
