Responsibilities

Build processes for new product deployments
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical devices
Communicate with customers to improve satisfaction and address inquiries and complaints
Work with quality assurance and other departments to resolve technical issues
Collaborate with US headquarters to obtain and implement the latest technical information
Perform field service including installation, regular maintenance, and repairs of cryo, ablation, and pulse select systems
Analyze data to improve operational efficiency
Provide support for other Medtronic products as needed
