Candidates should possess an apprenticeship or completed vocational training as a medical technician or a comparable technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or measurement technology. Experience in the commissioning, assembly, and maintenance of medical devices or machines and systems is desired, and experience as a cross-trainer is welcome. Strong knowledge of MS Office is required, along with good German, French, and English language skills, with German and French fluency in both spoken and written forms being preferred. A valid driver's license (Class B) is also necessary.
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing equipment at customer sites in the hospital sector, commissioning technical systems, performing device repairs and maintenance, conducting customer consultations and training, providing technical consulting and support for troubleshooting, training and advising customers and sales representatives, and maintaining and improving quality processes (internally and externally).
