Responsibilities include performing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification, and validation of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry systems, customer relationship management, using customer management software, diagnosing problems, and providing training.
The role involves a laboratory setting with adherence to GMP safety standards, standing for full shifts, loud noises, strong odors, PPE requirements, and exposure to various outside weather conditions. You'll join a hard-working, dedicated team passionate about exploration and discovery.
Ideal candidates are customer-oriented, client-focused, proficient with customer management software, experienced with Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry systems, and able to analyze chemistry reports and coordinate problem resolution.
