Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of prior field sales experience. They must be based in one of the specified regions (East, North, or South), and demonstrate knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and approaches, along with an energetic and professional attitude. A Master’s degree is a bonus, and 7+ years of experience is preferred.
The Field Sales Representative - Enterprise will initiate the sales process by promoting Brightseed’s services, products, equipment, and capabilities to multiple product lines, working with customers to identify needs and create solutions. They will provide accurate reporting and feedback to attain sales goals, identify business opportunities, maintain customer service relationships, prepare media presentations, develop expertise in sales contracts, track sales activity in a CRM system, establish relationships with key decision-makers, and develop new accounts where previous representatives have been unsuccessful.
