Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of previous field sales experience. They must be based in either the East (Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee), North (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin), or South (Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas) regions and demonstrate knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and approaches. An energetic, positive, and professional attitude with the ability to self-motivate and think quickly is also required, along with a Master’s Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field as a bonus.
As a Field Sales Representative - Enterprise, the individual will attract new clients, win new business from existing accounts, and maximize profitability within their sales territory. They will work with prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and converting qualified prospects into long-term customers. Duties include initiating the sales process, promoting service, products, equipment, and capabilities, working with customers to identify needs and create solutions, providing accurate reporting and feedback, attaining sales goals, identifying business opportunities, maintaining customer service relationships, preparing media presentations, developing expertise in sales contracts, tracking sales activity in a CRM system, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
