Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of previous field sales experience. They must be based in either the East (Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee), North (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin), or South (Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas) regions, and should demonstrate knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and approaches. An energetic, positive, and professional attitude, along with the ability to self-motivate and think quickly, is also required.
As a Field Sales Representative - Enterprise, the individual will attract new clients, win new business from existing accounts, and maximize profitability within their sales territory. They will work with prospects through the entire sales cycle, including lead development, education, and conversion to long-term customers. Duties will include promoting service, products, and equipment, collaborating with customers to identify needs and create solutions, providing accurate reporting and feedback, identifying business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, preparing media presentations, developing sales contracts, tracking sales activity in CRM, and establishing relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
