Requirements

  • Residency: Must reside in Seattle, WA for job duties and requirements.
  • State Sampling License: Required to maintain a state sampling license to legally handle and pour alcohol at events.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the beverage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build a local network including opinion leaders and essential influencers (online and offline).
  • Translate national marketing programs into successful local activations.
  • Execute on-premise activations, off-premise activations, local events, influencer/VIP support, product drops, and other field marketing efforts.
  • Hire, train, and staff a field marketing team of brand reps.
  • Align with SEM/Sales counterparts to support activations, merchandising, and sales blitzes.
  • Activate national events with other FMSs/Brand Reps in regional territories.
  • Develop relationships with on-premise and off-premise managers, and wholesale sales and marketing departments.
  • Conduct ride-alongs with distributors to support sales.
  • Maintain storage facility, product inventory, swag, and marketing materials.
  • Identify event opportunities and Beatbox influencers for local market support.
  • Develop social media content for local campaigns.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is subject to change.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to: Field Marketing Manager
  • Director of Field Marketing: Oversees the Field Marketing team.
